Shipping policy

Please make sure your order is accurate, add-ons will not be offered. We are unable to combine shipping once an order is placed. However, you have 2 hours to cancel a full order if you need to. Please be sure to contact me directly via e-mail to cancel.

Production time is currently 2 full weeks excluding weekends and holidays. Each item is made to order unless otherwise noted. Your order will ship once the production time is complete. Delivery time after shipping will vary depending on location. We are not responsible for USPS delays or re-shipping charges for an order if the address is given incorrectly.

Double-check your shipping addresses, we will not be responsible for any packages sent to an incorrectly supplied address.

Please verify that the spelling is correct. I will apply name/monogram/quotes as it is given to me. I will not be able to make any changes for any mistakes due to customer error.

E-mails with tracking numbers are sent automatically when orders are fulfilled, please check your spam folders to be sure you're accepting our e-mails.
